Kristy Robinson graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Since 2004, she has been studying the link between nutrition and disease prevention. Her background and knowledge in the field of human behavior and habits has fueled her interest in topics such as exercise, eating practices and motivations, and lifestyle changes.
Kristy’s passion lies in helping individuals to take control of their health through natural healing and regenerating interventions rather than pharmaceutical patchworks. She believes our bodies are designed to function well and be disease-free as long as we give them the proper nourishment. Kristy’s expertise has helped countless people slow and even reverse chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
She has recently focused her attention to athlete nutrition and fueling after seeing first-hand the phenomenal improvements that can be achieved in one’s recovery time through the consumption of a clean plant-based diet. Working with 3 Beijing Olympians and an Ironman athlete, her exercise-specific advice can be adapted to all levels.
Kristy has been involved with the CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project) program in Plymouth, Indiana. This program produces amazing results for those with diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol issues. She is also a full-time Nutrition Educator and franchise owner with National Safety Associates, the makers of Juice Plus+.
